  Providing education about the penetration-testing inspired operational assessments, and refining methodology for institutions across healthcare, public safety, community organizations, and other operational environments.

  Refining the Perinatal Crisis Response Team model and meeting with possible stakeholders

• Death Crisis Response Team Development

  Refining the Death Crisis Response Team model and meeting with possible stakeholders

• Digital Safety Collaborative Development

  Refining the community-based digital resilience initiatives in partnership with libraries and other organizations to improve digital safety, prevention, and resource navigation

• Quarterly Regional Transitional Intelligence Briefings

  Developing TIC’s flagship intelligence publication focused on emerging regional operational conditions, multidisciplinary intelligence, and resilience planning. Quarterly briefings will be available in 2027.

• Space & Extreme Environment Transitional Intelligence Playbooks

  Researching crisis scenarios, operational planning, and resilience strategies while networking and building relationships with professionals. First playbook will be available in 2027.

• TIC Community Academy

  Building out monthly virtual program to launch in 2027. Also preparing the 8-hour Autistic and ADHD Crisis Response training as a pilot implementation with an initial calendar of 9 locations statewide; training audience will mostly be police officers & other first responders, healthcare professionals, and librarians. This initiative will be grant-funded and free for participating institutions.
