Intelligence Products

Transitional Intelligence Command (TIC) develops original intelligence products designed to help organizations anticipate change, understand emerging risks, and strengthen operational decision-making.

Unlike traditional reports that focus on a single discipline or incident, TIC's intelligence products integrate behavioral, operational, digital, geospatial, environmental, public health, and community intelligence into practical resources that support preparedness across complex operational environments.

Each intelligence product is developed through the Transitional Intelligence framework and is intended to improve awareness before, during, and after periods of significant change.

Quarterly Regional Transitional Intelligence Briefings

Regional TIC Briefings provide a multidisciplinary snapshot of emerging conditions affecting a specific region.

Rather than focusing on one topic, each briefing integrates multiple intelligence domains to help organizations better understand the operational environment in which they work.

Depending on the region and reporting period, briefings may examine:

  • Emerging cyber threats

  • Behavioral health trends

  • Overdose patterns

  • Suicide trends

  • Intimate partner violence

  • Human trafficking indicators

  • Natural disaster preparedness

  • Community resilience

  • Critical infrastructure concerns

  • Public health developments

  • Operational vulnerabilities

  • Regional risk outlooks

Each briefing concludes with practical operational considerations designed to support planning, preparedness, and informed decision-making

Annual Space & Extreme Environment Transitional Intelligence Playbooks

These annual playbooks will explore how complex crises unfold in environments where traditional emergency response systems may be unavailable or significantly limited.

Each playbook examines operational scenarios involving extreme environments such as spaceflight, Antarctica, the Arctic, remote wilderness, deep-sea expeditions, and other isolated operational settings.

Topics may include:

  • Behavioral adaptation

  • Medical emergencies

  • Mortality response

  • Perinatal emergencies

  • Communication failures

  • Resource scarcity

  • Isolation

  • Psychological resilience

  • Operational continuity

  • Environmental hazards

  • Mission decision-making

Working with a team of satellite & space industry professionals, military professionals, astrophysicists, astronomers, deep sea & climate scientists, and other professionals, these playbooks support organizations in thinking critically and holistically about preparedness, resilience, and operational planning under extraordinary conditions.
